JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients

6 scallions, greens part only

1 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger

1 teaspoon ground allspice

1 tablespoon fresh thyme

1 tablespoon dark brown sugar

½ cup fresh orange juice

¼ cup white vinegar

¼ cup soy sauce

½ cup olive oil

 

Instructions

Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 177°C/350°F.

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour over chicken wings. Marinate for about 24 hours. Grill wings until done. Serve hot!
