We offer next business day despatch on all orders (holidays excluded). Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the time of the year ie holiday periods and if a tailgate delivery is required.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please refer Shipping Exclusions below as not all items are able to be shipped.

EGG Package Delivery
Many Dealers offer delivery, so it's worth getting in contact. See our Dealer Locator to find an Authorised Big Green Egg Dealer near you.

For EGG Package website deliveries, please note the following:

• EGG Packages are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse on a skid with tailgate delivery.
• Once we have packed your order, customers will receive an email from us with a Team Global Express tracking number.
• Customers will be notified by email or text on the day of delivery.
• The driver will use a hand jack to deposit the skid as close as possible to the front door depending on access.
• We recommend customers have 1-2 friends to assist with moving and assembling the EGG to avoid any potential injuries.

In-Store Pick-Up
In-Store Pick Up is available from our warehouse in Dandenong South, Victoria.

Pickup times are between 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday. You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for collection.

Shipping Exclusions:

• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and will require alternative shipping address.
• Some bulky and fragile items cannot be shipped due to a high risk of damage.
• Shipping to some remote areas may be unavailable at Checkout.

International Shipping
Shipping outside Australia is not available.

How to Check Order Status?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by email with your name and order number, and we come back to you as soon as possible.
