Did you know that temperatures in the Big Green Egg can be easily and accurately controlled? Temperature control in the EGG is all about the combined action of the Draft Door at the ceramic base and the rEGGulator Vent. The position of Draft Door determines the temperature range while small adjustments to the rEGGulator fine tunes temperatures to within a degree or two.
