Domestic Shipping, Australia-wide Big Green Egg ships to every state and territory in Australia. We offer next-day dispatch on all in-stock orders (excludes weekends & public holidays). Delivery times may vary depending on your location, time of year, and whether tailgate delivery is required.

Shipping Exclusions & Limitations

Ceramic Items Due to the fragile nature of ceramic components, we are unable to ship many ceramic items. Please email us at hello@biggreenegg.com.au with your shipping address and we will confirm if shipping is possible. Alternatively, contact one of our authorised retail partners via our Dealer Locator.

PO Boxes We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. A street address is required.

Remote Locations Shipping to some remote or regional areas may not be available at checkout. Please email hello@biggreenegg.com.au with your address for a custom quote or assistance.

**Tailgate Delivery (Big Green Egg Kamados & Large Packages). All Big Green Egg kamado packages are delivered via tailgate service. This may extend delivery time as a specialised tailgate vehicle is required. The driver will place the pallet inside your front fence or down the driveway only -delivery inside the house, garage or to the rear of the property is not available. For full delivery and installation service, please contact an authorised dealer through our Dealer Locator or email us at hello@biggreenegg.com.au

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Free freight on accessory orders over $100 (excludes Big Green Egg kamados and other bulky items).
  • From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping on selected items.
  • Calculated shipping rates for all other orders will be displayed at checkout.
  • Freight to some remote areas may require a manual quote – please contact hello@biggreenegg.com.au.

In-Store Pick-Up Free in-store pick-up is available from our showroom/warehouse: 19-25 Cyber Loop, Dandenong South, VIC 3175 Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm You will receive an email or SMS when your order is ready for collection.

International Shipping Shipping outside of Australia is not available. However, please email us if you are able to arrange for a freight collection or if you have an Australian forwarder - hello@biggreenegg.com.au.

How to Check Order Status Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. If you have not received your order within 7 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@biggreenegg.com.au with your name and order number.

Order Cancellation We may be able to cancel an order if the request is received before dispatch. A $15 cancellation fee applies to cover transaction costs and restocking.
