"Food has been a passion of mine since I was young. My initial spark for it was my older brother, Jamie. He is a qualified chef, and seeing him cook at home and telling me stories motivated me to do more with all things cooking. I have now worked in the industry for 14 years in various roles.
When I finished my apprenticeship, I became a sous chef and then moved on to a loved family café. That's when I looked at creating content! What started as a bit of fun to see where it would take me, has now taken me to new heights I never thought I'd achieve. It was the best and most risky decision I ever had to make in my career. I've been a full-time creator for two years and am still only at the beginning."

"As a kid, I always loved watching content on YouTube, I dreamed of making my content one day but never started it for years. My main inspiration for my cooking content online has to go to my Fiancé, Jordie. She told me to do what I'm best at, and now we're here.

How do you describe your cooking style, and what influences it the most?
My cooking style is neat and mixed with various culinary backgrounds. No matter the recipe, I'll tone it down to make it easy for anyone to recreate without sacrificing flavour, texture, etc. My cooking style is a mix of fine dining, family-friendly and everything in between.
What do you believe makes the Big Green Egg the best for choice home cooks?
The Big Green Egg's quality and cooking capabilities are excellent. It is out of this world, from the build quality to the fine-tuning of all the little parts that make it what it is. Not only does it have all the capabilities to cook a fantastic BBQ, but it's also a centrepiece in the outdoor kitchen that makes you happy every time you look at it.
What are the top three ingredients you always have for cooking with the Big Green Egg?
Meat, meat, and more meat! Beef of all cuts is ready to go at any time. Seasonings, whether BBQ rubs or simple salt and pepper, are also a must. I can't forget the most essential ingredients.
What's your guilty pleasure food that you love to cook and eat?
My guilty pleasure is chicken wings, smoked, fried, or baked it doesn't matter. I love any flavour.
If you could cook a meal for any person, living or dead, who would it be, and what would you cook?
I'd love to cook a meal for Anthony Bourdain. His knowledge is impeccable, and I would have loved to pick his brain about his career and learning journey. Another person I'd love to cook for would have to be Gordon Ramsay. He's a pioneer in his field, not just cooking.
