“The quality, heat distribution, and flavour from lump charcoal are next to none – it's the ultimate outdoor centrepiece.”

Why Jack gave away his other barbeques.

Heat lasts up to 18 hours, control is effortless, and the smoky flavour is unmatched.

Using high-quality equipment like the Big Green Egg makes all the difference.

It's an honour to represent such a prestigious brand – the team is fantastic, and if you're serious about outdoor cooking, you won't regret owning one. Look after it, and it'll look after you."

Jack Ovens' Reveals

We sat down with Youtube Star and accomplished Chef Jack - to ask the burning questions.

My cooking style is neat and mixed with various culinary backgrounds. No matter the recipe, I'll tone it down to make it easy for anyone to recreate without sacrificing flavour, texture, etc. My cooking style is a mix of fine dining, family-friendly and everything in between.

As a kid, I always loved watching content on YouTube, but it wasn't food content at all (this was all before I started professionally cooking). I dreamed of making my content one day but never started it for years. When I knew I needed a change, I saw some people online talk about similar struggles to mine, and it sparked that fire to get creating. My main inspiration for my cooking content online has to go to my Fiancée, Jordie. She told me to do what I'm best at, and now we're here.

My guilty pleasure is chicken wings, smoked, fried, or baked—it doesn't matter. I love any flavour.

I'd love to cook a meal for Anthony Bourdain. His knowledge is impeccable, and I would have loved to pick his brain about his career and learning journey. Another person I'd love to cook for would have to be Gordon Ramsay. He's a pioneer in his field, not just cooking.
