" Food has been a passion of mine since I was young. My initial spark for it was my older brother, Jamie. He is a qualified chef, and seeing him cook at home and telling me stories motivated me to do more with all things cooking. I have now worked in the industry for 14 years in various roles.

When I finished my apprenticeship, I became a sous chef and then moved on to a loved family café. That's when I looked at creating content! What started as a bit of fun to see where it would take me, has now taken me to new heights I never thought I'd achieve. It was the best and most risky decision I ever had to make in my career. I've been a full-time creator for two years and am still only at the beginning. "
