With the Half convEGGtor Stone, you can cook indirectly on one half of the cooking grid, while keeping the other half of the grid available for grilling meats or vegetables.

If you're in the mood for the perfect pizza, simply place a Pizza & Baking Stone or two Half Moon Stones over your Stainless Steel Grid to cook your pizzas. 

Or as an alternative to the standard convEGGtor, you can place one or two Half Moon Stones in an EGGspander Basket for all types of indirect cooking - pizzas, baking or low temp cooks. Smoke-infused air circulates around your brisket, roasts, whole chickens or ribs … resulting in juicy, delicious and aromatic meats and poultry.

Important to note, when using the combination of Half Moon Stones and EGGspander basket as an actual convEGGtor, a Pizza & Baking Stone is still required on top of the grid to cook your pizzas or baked goods.
