I found myself sitting down to a meal with a family who didn't speak a word of English, yet we shared one of the most incredible meals I've ever had. Despite the language barrier, we connected through the food. That experience showed me that food transcends language; it creates bonds and lasting memories in ways that words sometimes can't. 

Cooking is at the heart of my family life. I have fond memories of family gatherings, and I'm carrying that tradition with my family. My favourite moments are gathering around the Big Green Egg, cooking something special, sharing stories and laughter, and playing cards."

"What I love most about the Big Green Egg is how it lets me recreate both the traditional Indian dishes I've come to cherish and the classic Aussie barbecues I grew up with. The first time I made a tandoori-style lamb on the Egg, it transported me back to a small eatery in Delhi, where the smoky, tender meat was the meal's star. But just as remarkable is the ability to cook a steak to perfection as we did when I was growing up in Australia.
